All of our fragrances oils are skin, soap and wax safe. There is no minimum order required and no handling fees. Shipping will always be exact cost and never inflated. Due to USPS shipping regulations, Fragrance Oils with a flashpoint below 200+ must be shipped via UPS. Priority mail delivery will not be an option.
